On Day 2, you'll spend the day with both Abe Shreve, our CEO and Terry Gurno where we'll learn how to ENGAGE our teams,  create an environment that rewards results and culture through personal ownership, achieve buy-in to your mission, and make sure you are not held hostage by underperforming people!  We'll do this by building the skills used by great coaching leaders to   get the very best experience from their workforce.
